Commercial VIP Section Fit-Out, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, Dublin
A fast-track commercial fit-out of a new VIP section at Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, Dublin — completed in just one week to meet the client’s grand-opening deadline. Working to major time pressure, Irish Prestige laid 70 square metres of new timber flooring throughout the space, painted the walls — including a striking deep-green feature scheme — and moved in all furniture, display rails and fittings ready for opening day. The finished VIP section was handed over on schedule for the Friday opening, and the client was delighted with the result. Renowned for quality and service since 1988.

Garden Transformation with Composite Decking & Pergola, Blanchardstown, Dublin
A full back-garden transformation in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, carried out from start to finish by Irish Prestige Plastering & Building Services. We began by clearing the overgrown lawn and excavating the site, then laid a weed-suppressing membrane and a compacted hardcore and gravel sub-base to give a solid, free-draining foundation. A treated timber sub-frame was built for a low-maintenance composite deck, and a pitched timber pergola was erected over the rear patio. The deck was finished in composite boards for a clean, hard-wearing surface that lasts. To finish, we formed new planting beds edged with gravel borders and tidied the surrounding ground — turning a tired, unused garden into a smart, practical outdoor living space. Granny Flats

Garage Conversion to Two-Bed Apartment, Donabate, Dublin
A complete garage conversion in Donabate, North County Dublin — transforming a detached block-built garage into a bright, fully self-contained two-bedroom apartment over two levels. Irish Prestige carried out the project from start to finish. Works began with strip-out and new structural openings, a re-worked roof structure and new window and door openings to bring light into the space. We then fully insulated the walls and vaulted ceilings, formed new stud partitions, and completed first and second fix carpentry along with a new internal staircase to the upper level. Every room was plaster-skimmed to a high finish, followed by quality flooring throughout. The completed apartment offers an open-plan living and kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom — warm, modern, energy-efficient living space created from a previously underused outbuilding. House & Garden Extension, Cabra, Dublin 7
A complete house extension and garden transformation in Cabra, Dublin 7, carried out start to finish by Irish Prestige Plastering & Building Services. The project began with a full strip-out of the existing space, followed by a new concrete foundation for the extension. We completed the structural building works, full plastering and a large skylight, then external rendering with new windows and doors. Inside, we laid new flooring throughout and fitted a bright open-plan kitchen-diner. Outside, the garden was fully landscaped with new groundworks and gravel, fresh fencing and smart composite gates.
