A complete garage conversion in Donabate, North County Dublin — transforming a detached block-built garage into a bright, fully self-contained two-bedroom apartment over two levels.
Irish Prestige carried out the project from start to finish. Works began with strip-out and new structural openings, a re-worked roof structure and new window and door openings to bring light into the space. We then fully insulated the walls and vaulted ceilings, formed new stud partitions, and completed first and second fix carpentry along with a new internal staircase to the upper level.
Every room was plaster-skimmed to a high finish, followed by quality flooring throughout. The completed apartment offers an open-plan living and kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom — warm, modern, energy-efficient living space created from a previously underused outbuilding.
